Retirement living reimagined

Problem

To support their new brand relaunch, Levande needed a fresh new website with enhanced user features and a new modern design. And, they needed it fast within 14 weeks in time for their brand campaign go-live.

Solution

We started by co-creating a feature backlog for the new site, which we then prioritised into two releases - an MVP in time for the brand relaunch and a second release just five weeks later. Working in true partnership with Levande’s marketing team, our design team rapidly prototyped the new site, working two weeks ahead of our engineering team. Leveraging Levande's existing Contentful CMS, we built the new site and optimised search. Key new features include a community search menu, making it easier for future residents to find their ideal community and smarter contact forms to improve lead generation for the business.

Results

The end result is clear to see - a beautiful, market leading digital experience for Levande, which showcases their fresh new brand positioning as the premium retirement living company. The early business results have been encouraging: click to call on the site is up 40% and enquiry form clickthroughs are up 25%.
