Streamlining the digital experience.

Problem

My Food Bag was juggling multiple codebases across web, iOS, and Android platforms. This fragmentation led to inconsistent user experiences, slower feature rollouts, and higher maintenance overhead. They needed a unified approach that could deliver a consistent experience while reducing technical complexity.

Solution

After a focused three-week experiment with their new UX design, we landed on a unified approach using React Native. This allowed us to maintain a single codebase while delivering native performance across all platforms. We built a component library that ensures consistency while enabling rapid feature deployment.

Results

The transformation consolidated five separate codebases into one, reducing development complexity significantly. New features now deploy simultaneously across all platforms, and the unified experience has improved user satisfaction. The entire project, including the new website and both mobile apps, went live in under 16 weeks.
